Chest - take the measurement up under the arms and around the chest.

Waist - measure circumference around the narrowest part.

The jersey is 90% polyester and 10% lycra mesh fabric with a full zipper design and 3 rear pockets.  The fabric has good elasticity, abrasion and strong impact resistance, it's light and wind resistant. 

The 3D structure and innovative design increase the effectiveness of the sweat evaporation properties. Riding in even the harshest environments, the jersey maintains a comfortable temperature and humidity, keeping you dry and cool in hot conditions and warm in cold conditions.

The shorts are 80% polyester and 20% lycra.  The fabric is extremely breathable, quick-drying, anti-wear, fade and shrink-resistant.  Featuring the latest chamois pad design with three different types of foam of varied densities and cooling silica gel insert, providing high levels of protection and comfort even during long rides.
